GBA Registration Refund Policy

Requesting a Refund:  Requests shall be e-mailed to the GBA Commissioner at commissioner@genevabaseball.com and the GBA Treasurer at Treasurer@genevabaseball.com


When requesting the refund, please provide who the check should be made, name of player, league the player is registered, address for mailing the check, and the reason for requesting the refund.


The amount of the refund is dependent on receipt by the Commissioner and Treasurer given the timeline below and all refunds are subject to a processing fee:


Timeframe of Refund Request

  1. Prior to the end of registration as posted on www.genevabaseball.com.  Full refund less a $30 processing fee.  
  2. After the close of registration but before the start of the season as posted on www.genevabaseball.com.  50% refund of registration fee. Mandatory fundraiser not refundable.
  3. Season starts-No refund.


Any refund requests outside of guidelines above require Board approval.
